Steps to reproduce:

Create a new project using Universal 3D template
Install the Addressables package
Go to Window > Asset Management > Addressables > Groups
Click "Create Addressables Settings"
Click on the "Profile: Default" dropdown and select "Manage Profiles"
In the Addressables Profiles window click on the dropdown next to "Remote" or "Local"
Observe the opened dropdown and hover over the elements

Actual results: Hovering over dropdown elements shows no hovered/hover state; there is no visual feedback on hover

Expected results: Hovering over dropdown elements shows a visual hover state (highlight/selection feedback)

Reproducible with versions: 2.7.6, 2.8.1 (6000.0.67f1, 6000.3.9f1, 6000.4.0b9, 6000.5.0a7)

Tested on (OS): Windows 11
