Red tint doesn’t appear after switching to record mode on animation

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new project
2. Open Animation window
3. Sleect any object in the Hierarchy window
4. Create Animation Clip
5. Add any property in the Animation window (e.g. Transform > Position)
6. Move timeline slider and obeserve as blue tint is applied to the selected property in inspector window
7. Enable recording mode
8. Observe as inspector tint hasnt changed to red

Actual results: red tint doesn't get applied to the selected animation property befroe moving timeline slider or hovering with a mouse on that property

Expected results: the tint is applied instantly deppenging on the mode the animation window state is in

2023.1.0a16, 6000.0.55f1, 6000.1.15f1, 6000.2.0f1,

Not reproducible with versions: 

2022.3.65f1, 2023.1.0a15, 6000.3.0a4
