How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-134714_Before“ project
2. Select the “Target“ GameObject in the Hierarchy
3. In the Inspector, note the Sprite Renderer Component's Material value
4. Upgrade the Vector Graphics package to one of the reproducible package versions, or open the attached "IN-134714_After" project
5. Repeat steps 2-3
Actual result: Sprite Material field is empty
Expected result: Sprite Material field is not empty

Workaround: Use the Prefab of the SVG asset instead of the generated sprite
