Documentation link in XR Plug-in Management Settings is not tied to the Editor

Steps to reproduce:

Create any Project
Navigate to Project Settings > XR Plug-in Management
Install the XR Plug-in Management Package
Click on the "View Documentation" Link in the XR Plug-in Management Settings panel

Actual results: The Documentation page for Unity 6 is opened

Expected results: The Documentation page for the current Editor's stream is opened

Reproducible with versions: 2022.3.61f1, 6000.0.45f1, 6000.0.6000.1.0b13, 6000.2.0a8
