Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project “IN-139027”
2. Open Build Profiles (File → Build Profiles)
3. Make sure “SampleScene” is selected in the Scene List
4. Build and Run for your device
5. Walk towards one of the object in the scene
6. Observe the movement of the object when moving the camera
Actual result: The object is stuttering, and it looks a bit like ghosting effect
Expected result: The object is clear and the movement of the object is seamless with no ghosting effect
Reproducible with: 1.3.0 (2023.1.0a3, 6000.0.74f1), 1.19.0 (2022.1.0f1, 2022.3.75f1, 6000.0.74f1, 6000.3.13f1, 6000.4.2f1, 6000.5.0b3, 6000.6.0b2)
