HLSL Tooltips issue with invisible character

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a VFX.
2. In a Context, create a Custom HLSL Block
3. With the HLSL block selected, ref the provided HSL file.
4. Hover your mouse on the Float Slot of the block
5. Notice that the tooltip isn't properly displayed

Actual results: the tooltips only show one character.

Expected results: The tooltips should be properly displayed.
