Not reproducible on Pixel 8 Pro with Android 14 and August security update. Given that this affects a limited number of Pixel models, and it affects both GLES3 and Vulkan after the Android 14 update, it's most likely a driver issue that have been fixed by Google driver update.
Cancelling this 2023.2 tech release issue since the support for this release has come to end of life. Cancelling this 2023.2 port case does not affect any LTS or Unity 6 Beta/Preview that remain open.
Closing, as this Unity version will no longer be getting updates.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “ForwardPlusRenderingTest” project
2. Build And Run the project on the device

Expected result: GameObjects are rendered without any artifacts
