UXML Upgrades info box tooltip appears misplaced when hovering it in the Inspector

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new project using Universal 3D template
2. Go Assets > Create > UI Toolkit > UI Document (UXML)
3. Select the created .uxml in Project window
4. In the Inspector, under UXML Upgrades, hover over the info box
5. Observe the appeared tooltip

Actual results: The tooltip is shown much lower in the Inspector, making it look visually misplaced and disconnected from the info box

Expected results: The tooltip appears closer to the UXML Upgrades info box, clearly associated with the hovered element

Reproducible with versions: 6000.6.0a1

Can’t test with versions: 6000.3.11f1, 6000.4.0f1, 6000.5.0a9 (UXML Upgrades foldout does not exist)

Tested on (OS): Windows 11
