Shader Graph window icon is blurry and low quality when the Shader Graph is created using the Universal 2D template

This could be backported, but since the fix is a metadata change and it's incredibly low user pain, we'll avoid backporting it for now.

Steps to reproduce:

Create a new Unity project using the Universal 2D template
Create a new Shader Graph (Assets > Create > Shader Graph > URP > Lit Shader Graph)
Open the newly created Shader Graph
Observe the Shader Graph window's icon

Actual results: The icon is blurry and low quality

Expected results: The icon is not blurry

Reproducible with versions: 6000.1.5f1, 6000.3.15f1, 6000.4.6f1, 6000.5.0b7, 6000.6.0a4

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.74f1, 6000.1.4f1

Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Tahoe 26.3, Ubuntu 24.04
