Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “Repro“ project
2. Open the “Assets/ShaderGraph_Outline.shadergraph“ Shader Graph Asset
3. Open the Project Settings Window (Edit > Project Settings)
4. Select the “Graphics“ section and change to any other URP Asset in the “Scriptable Render Pipeline Settings” field
5. Observe the Console
Expected result: No errors are present, the Shader Graph window is saved/no lost progress
Actual result: NullReferenceExceptions are thrown, and the Shader Graph is no longer usable, and needs a restart
Reproducible with: 2022.2.2f1, 2022.2.21f1, 2022.3.63f1, 6000.0.0b14
Not reproducible with: 2022.1.0a2, 2022.2.1f1, 6000.0.51f1, 6000.1.8f1, 6000.2.0b6
Fixed in: 6000.0.0b15
