MenuItem with CONTEXT path for MonoScript doesn't show up when right-clicking

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's project
2. In the Project window select any script
3. In the Inspector window right-click on the script's name

Expected result: "Copy GUID", "Create Instance" and "Reset" show up
Actual result: only "Copy GUID" and "Reset" show up

Reproducible with: 2019.4.34f1, 2020.3.25f1, 2021.2.7f1, 2022.1.0b2
