Crash on RendererScene::NotifyInvisible when switching QualitySettings of the HDRP pipeline asset in a specific project

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "CrashRepro"
2. Enter play mode
3. Press the “Space“ key on the keyboard until game view becomes black
4. Exit play mode

Expected result: Play mode is exited
Actual result: Editor crashes

Reproducible with: 6000.0.51f1, 6000.1.5f1, 6000.2.0b5
Couldn’t test with: 2022.3.62f1 scene is broken

Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
