"Path could not be found for script compilation file" error is thrown when the files are injected with RegisterPostInitializationOutput

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “RoslynTest01” project
2. Observe the console logs

Expected Result: No errors are thrown
Actual Result: "Path could not be found for script compilation file <filepath>" error is thrown

Reproducible with: 6000.0.20f1, 6000.0.27f1, 6000.1.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.46f1, 2022.3.52f1, 6000.0.19f1

Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro, macOS 14.6.1
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

Note: The issue is also reproducible when entering the Play mode
