Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP project with the “High Definition 3D Sample”
2. Open the “SampleScene” scene
3. Select the “Volume Global” GameObject in the Hierarchy
4. In the Inspector, expand the Screen Space Reflection section
5. Enable “Screen Space Reflection” on the HDRP Asset if prompted
6. Set the “Minimum Smoothness” value to 0
7. Navigate to the backroom area of the scene
8. Observe the Scene View
Actual result: Black square artifacts are visible near the lights
Expected result: No artifacting is visible
