Light artifacts are visible from the Point light when using Soft or Hard Shadows

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the attached "LightArtifacts.zip" project
2. Open the "Environment_4" Scene from Assets > Scenes
3. Locate the "Point Light (8)" game object in the Scene
4. Observe the shadows around the light

Expected: Shadows are smooth
Actual: Point light creates artifacts

Notes:

• Spot, Directional, or Area Lights are not generating artifacts
• Artifacts with Hard Shadows are not as intense as those with Soft Shadows
