Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new URP 3D Project
- Open the Build Profiles and Project Settings Windows
- In the Project Player Settings uncheck the "Auto Graphics API for Windows" checkmark and move the DX11 Graphics API to the top of the Graphics APIs list
- Choose "Restart Later" when prompted
- In the Build Profiles create a new Windows Profile and add Player Settings to it
- Build and Run, then close the built Player
- In the Project Player Settings remove the DX12 Graphics API
- In the Build Profiles Window delete the Windows Profile and create a new Windows Profile
- Build and Run the Player
Actual results: Build fails, Asset Importers crash
Expected results: Build does not fail or crash when building Player after deferring Editor Restart for Graphics API change and then building with a newly created Build Profile
Reproducible with versions: 6000.5.0a7, 6000.5.0b7, 6000.6.0a4
Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.74f1, 6000.3.15f1, 6000.4.7f1, 6000.5.0a6
Tested on (OS): Windows 11
Note: Player might silently crash if it's built again
