“Property offset falls outside of range for type in GetPropertyData” errors are thrown when using MaterialPropertyBlock.CopySHCoefficientArraysFrom

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity“ Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Observe the Console window

Expected result: No errors are thrown
Actual result: “Property offset falls outside of range for type in GetPropertyData” errors are thrown

Not reproducible with: 2021.3.39f1, 2022.1.0a16
