Loading icon becomes highlighted when hovered over in the Search Window

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a "Universal 3D Sample" Project
2. Navigate to Window > Search > New Window
3. Search for "scene"
4. Move your cursor over the loading icon in the bottom right corner of the Search Window

Actual results: Icon becomes highlighted, indicating it can be interacted with

Expected results: Icon shouldn't become highlighted if no function is assigned

Reproducible with versions: 2022.3.29f1, 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.20f1, 6000.0.4f1

Can’t test with versions: 2021.3.39f1 (No loading icon in the Search Window)

Tested on (OS): Windows 11, macOS Sonoma
