Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-88673_Repro.zip“ project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity“ Scene
3. Select the “FX_Graph_ShieldLoop“ GameObject
4. In the Scene View’s Visual Effect Tab, press the “Play()“ button
5. Observe
6. Open the “Assets/VFX/Prefabs/Combat/Electricity/FX_Graph_ShieldLoop.vfx“ Visual Effect Graph
7. Repeat the 4th and 5th steps
Expected result: When the Visual Effect Graph is opened the Visual Effect is glitchy or invisible
Actual result: The Visual Effect is complete and plays regardless of whether the Visual Effect Graph is open or not

Couldn’t test with: 2022.3.57f1 (Issues downgrading the project)
