How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new project
2. Create a C# script with a serialized array named “Array”
3. Create an empty GameObject in the Hierarchy
4. Attach the C# script to the GameObject
5. Select the GameObject
6. In the Inspector, script component, expand the array
7. Click on the plus to the right of the array to add an element to it
8. Observe the Inspector and the Console
Expected result: A new element is added to the array, no errors are thrown
Actual result: Array contains no elements, an error is thrown in the Console
Reproducible with: 2022.3.64f1, 2023.1.0a26, 6000.0.52f1, 6000.1.10f1, 6000.2.0b8, 6000.3.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.53f1, 2023.1.0a25
Reproducible on: Windows 11

Note: An "NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error is thrown
