Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Click File > Build Settings… > Build
3. Run the built APK on a device
4. Click Next to switch scene
5. Click the device Home button to go to the Home View of the device
6. Click the Recent Apps button
7. Reopen the built app
8. Observe the maximization process of the app
Expected result: The app does not flicker when maximizing
Actual result: The app flickers when maximizing, either showing the old scene view for a moment, Unity’s Splash Screen, or a black screen
