Inlined Styles settings are dismissed if changing them from the script if the UI Builder window is open

This is due to the Live Reload feature; inline styles in a document opened in the UI Builder will take precedence, to show the same result in the scene. This feature can be disabled in any window by unselecting the "UI Toolkit Live Reload" option in the window's menu. Note: This inline style override only happen if there are inline styles to load from the document.

How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “Resolved.zip” project
2. Open “Resolved.uxml” (Assets > UI Toolkit > Resolved)
3. Enter Play Mode and observe the square at the top left corner

Expected result: Square becomes blue and then black
Actual result: Square is red

Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a19, 2023.2.0a21
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.28f1, 2022.3.4f1 2023.1.3f1, 2023.2.0a18

Reproduced on: macOS 13.2.1 (Intel)

Note: not reproducible if closing the UI Builder window
