Crash on when memcpy_repmovs calling JsonUtility.FromJson on System.Threading.Tasks.Parallel.For

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “CrashRepro“
2. Open “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity“ scene
3. Enter the Play mode

Expected result: “Success!!“ is displayed in the Console
Actual result: Editor crashes

Reproducible with: 2021.3.28f1, 2022.3.7f1, 2023.1.9f1, 2023.2.0b6

Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
