Closing this as by designed. The change was done because all Open buttons for assets (also other asset types) are placed to the right side.
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Create a new Prefab (Assets → Create → Prefab)
4. Drag and drop Prefab to the Hierarchy
5. Observe Prefab buttons in the Inspector
Expected result: Buttons are displayed in the “Open”, “Select”, and “Overrides” sequence
Actual result: Buttons are in the reversed sequence
Reproducible in: 2022.2.0a15, 2022.3.40f1, 6000.0.13f1
Not reproducible in: 2021.3.41f1, 2022.2.0a14
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: no other environment tested
