How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Open Window -> UI Toolkit -> Samples
3. Select the "Styles" section and navigate to Sliders
4. Hover on the name of the slider and try dragging it
5. Observe the results
Expected results: The Slider is not moving because it is not meant to be interactable
Actual results: The Slider can be moved only by dragging the name of it
