Camera sub dropdown "Open Reference" buttons do not work

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new URP project.
2. In Hierarchy, click on Main Camera.
3. Under the Camera component, try to click on the Open Reference buttons for Projection, Rendering, Stack, Environment, Output.

Actual results: The loading circle appears on the cursor, but nothing happens.

Expected results: Opens documentation page.

Reproducible with versions: 6000.1.0a10, 6000.0.31f1, 6000.0.24f1

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.23f1, 2022.3.55f1
