Auto Graphics API chackbox will not stay disabled if the API change is canceled

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create and open a new project
2. Open Edit > Project Settings > Player
3. Disable "Auto Graphics API for <your platform>"
4. Change the Graphics API to a non-default one, and then restart the Editor
5. Enable "Auto Graphics API for <your platform>"
6. Press "Cancel API Change"
7. Observe the Player Settings

Actual results: "Auto Graphics API for <your platform>" is enabled

Expected results: "Auto Graphics API for <your platform>" stays disabled

Reproducible with versions: 2023.1.0a10, 6000.0.74f1, 6000.3.14f1, 6000.4.5f1, 6000.5.0b6, 6000.6.0a4

Tested on (OS): Windows 11 Pro, Ubuntu 24.04

Notes:

• This is somewhat of a UX concern, since canceling the API change will still change the API after a restart
• After reproduction, restarting the Editor will change the Graphics API. Afterward, disabling "Auto Graphics API" again will ask if the user wants to change the Graphics API again
