"Use incremental GC" is a shared parameter but not identified as one with a "*" when displayed in the Player Settings

How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new Unity project
2. Open Edit>Project Settings...
3. Select the "Player" tab
4. Open "Other Settings" in the Player tab

Expected results: There is "*" next to "Use Incremental GC"
Actual results: There is no "*_" next to "Use Incremental GC"

Reproducible with: 2021.3.46f1, 2022.3.52f1, 6000.0.27f1, 6000.1.0a3
