Console displays "ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: path1" during the scene template creation

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a project
2. Go to File -> New Scene
3. Select:
   • "Basic (URP)"
   • or "Lit 2D (URP)"
   • or "Standard (URP)"
4. Click "Create"
5. Go to File -> Save As Scene Template
6. Enter a name instead of "newscene.unity" and click "Save"
7. Observe the Console

Actual results: The console displays an error. A short video is added below in the "Attachments" section.
