Steps to reproduce:
- Create or open any Project
- In the Preferences Window's Search Panel set "Object Selector" to use "Advanced"
- In any Scene's Hierarchy create and select a Cube GameObject
- In the Inspector click the Object Selector button for "Mesh" under the Mesh Filter really fast to constantly reopen the Object Selector Search Window
OR
- Create or open any Project
- In the Preferences Window's Search Panel set "Object Selector" to use "Advanced"
- In any Scene's Hierarchy create and select a Cube GameObject
- In the Inspector click the Object Selector button for "Mesh" under the Mesh Filter to open the Object Selector Search Window
- Move the Window to another monitor and close it
- Click the Object Selector button again
Actual results: When reopening the Object Selector Window really fast or reopening it after it's been placed on a second monitor the Object Selector Window reopens at the left top corner of the Editor Window
Expected results: Object Selector Window always reopens at the same location it was closed at
Reproducible with versions: 2023.1.20f1, 6000.0.71f1, 6000.3.12f1, 6000.4.1f1, 6000.5.0b1, 6000.6.0a1
Can’t test with versions: 2023.1.0a1 (another bug is preventing from opening the Object Selector Search Window when one is already opened)
Tested on (OS): Windows 11
Note: Issue reproduces based on the rate of reopening of the Window, or when reproducing with a second monitor around a third of the time
