Profiler Frame Charts overlap Module details panel when profiling data

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Open the Profiler window
3. Enter the Play mode in the Editor
4. Go back to the Profiler window
5. Try resizing the Module details panel
6. Observe the Profiler window

Expected result: Frame charts overall Module details panel
Actual result: Frame charts do not overall Module details panel

Reproducible with: 2022.3.4f1, 2023.2.0a22
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.3f1

Reproduced on: macOS Ventura 13.3.1 (apple m1 max), Windows 10

Notes: the issue is not reproducible on Standalone Profiler
