Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
- Go to the top menu and select Edit > Project Settings
- Select the "Graphics" category from the left sidebar
- Scroll down to the "Shader Build Settings" section
- Observe the visual misalignment and missing padding under the "Shader Constant Defines" dropdown compared to "Keyword Declaration Overrides"
Actual results: "Shader Constant Defines "shows "List is empty" without left padding (text starts too far left), while "Keyword Declaration Overrides" has correct left padding
Expected results: "List is empty" should have consistent left padding in both sections.
Reproducible with versions: 6000.6.0a6
Tested on (OS): Tahoe 26.5
