Crash on GfxDeviceD3D12Base::DrawBuffersCommon when Baking Light with Virtual Offset on Probe Volumes

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "CrashRepro"
2. Open Lighting window (Ctrl + 9)
3. Click on “Generate Lighting“ button

Expected result: Lighting is generated
Actual result: Editor crashes

Reproducible with: 2023.2.0b11, 2023.2.4f1
Not reproducible with: 2023.2.0b10, 2023.3.0a2, 2023.3.0a19
Couldn’t test with: 2021.3.32f1, 2022.3.15f1 - no probe volumes

Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Notes:
Only reproducible with an AMD GPU
Does not crash when “Enable Virtual Offset” is disabled in Virtual Offset Settings
