How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached “ZD_1196636_WeakReference.zip” project
2. Open Window > General > Test Runner
3. Press "Run All" button

Expected result: All tests are passed
Actual result: The "WeakReference_IsCollected" test fails

Reproducible with: 0.0.4-preview (2020.1.0a12), 1.1.31 (2019.4.37f1, 2020.3.32f1, 2021.2.17f1, 2022.1.0b13, 2022.2.0a8), 2.0.1-pre.18 (2020.3.32f1)
