Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-129970“ project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/Core/Startup.unity” Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. If the Editor didn’t freeze after a minute, press the “Play” button in the Game view
5. Observe the freeze
Actual result: The Editor freezes
Expected result: The Editor does not freeze
