How to reproduce:
1. Create a new 3D (HDRP) Project
2. Create a new VFX Graph (Right-click in the Project Window -> Create -> Visual Effects -> Visual Effects Graph)
3. Select Simple Loop and click Create
4. Open the newly created VFX Graph
5. Create any node (Right-click -> Create Node)
Expected result: Node is created
Actual result: Node is not created and an Error is being thrown
