We are able to reproduce this on NVIDIA GPUs on Wayland. Once we get better Wayland support this should be resolved. Until then, this is a side-effect of running on xwayland.

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Project
2. Try resizing Editor tabs (Inspector, Hierarchy, Project)
3. Observe the behaviour of the resizing

Expected result: Resizing is consistent and smooth
Actual result: Resizing is inconsistent and not smooth

Reproducible with: 6000.0.11f1

Reproduced on: Ubuntu 24.04
