Build Steps logs with Log Level icon show Duration as 0 instead of 00:00:00

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new project using Universal 3D template
2. Install Project Auditor package from the Package Manager
3. Build the project (File > Build Profiles > Build)
4. Once built, open the Project Auditor (Window > Analysis > Project Auditor)
5. Press "Start Analysis"
6. Once analyzed, navigate to Build > Build Steps tab
7. Close the Project Auditor window and reopen it (if no steps are visible)
8. Observe the logs in Build Steps that have Log Level icon next to them

Actual results: Logs that have "Log Level" icon, show their Duration as "0" instead of "00:00:00"

Expected results: All Logs Duration is written in "00:00:00" format, consistently with all other Logs

Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.10f1, 6000.4.0b10, 6000.5.0a7
