Green pixelated Visual Element area in Editor when right-clicking on the title bar

Reproduction steps:

1. Open the user's attached project
2. Right-click on Game Window in the title bar or select three dots on the right of the title bar
3. Observe the Visual Element area

Expected result: Visual Element area is the same
Actual result: Green pixelated Visual Element area

Notes:

• It happens in almost every Visual Element area (Game/Scene View, Hierarchy, Project/Console)
• It doesn’t reproduce on Inspector
• Fixed: 2021.2.0a2
