Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-96605.zip” project
2. Double click on the “ExampleDocument.uxml” from the Project Window
3. Select the “.example” selector in the UI Builder
4. In the Inspector expand the “Transition Animations”
5. Observe the Duration property
Expected result: The property is disabled when set by a variable
Actual result: The property remains enabled and is editable
