How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "webgl.zip" project from Google Drive
2. In Build Settings select WebGL
3. Build the project
Expected results: Player build is successful
Actual results: Player build fails with "BuildFailedException: Incremental Player build failed!"
Reproducible with: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.35f1, 2021.3.3f1, 2022.1.2f1, 2022.2.0a13
Reproducible on: macOS 11.6.5 (Intel)
