Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “OpenFilePanelWithFiltersTest.zip“ project
2. Select the “Test” > “Open Dialog” menu item
3. Observe the pop-up dialog window

Expected results: Any .bundle file is highlighted and selectable
Actual results: Any .bundle file cannot be selected and is not highlighted

Reproducible with: 2021.3.37f1, 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.35f1, 6000.0.8f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.36f1

Reproducible on: macOS 14.5 (by reporter), macOS 14
Not reproducible on: Windows 11
