How to reproduce
1. Open a new URP project
2. Select the Forward Renderer asset
3. Add a “Renderer Objects” type Renderer Feature
4. Edit the “Name” field
Expected result: Name is successfully changed without any errors
Actual result: Name is successfully changed with the following error thrown:
ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null.

Reproducible with: 14.0.0 (2022.2.0a6), 14.0.3 (2022.2.0b3), 15.0.0 (2023.1.0a4)
Not reproducible with: 10.9.0 (2020.3.37f1), 12.1.7 (2021.3.7f1), 13.1.8 (2022.1.11f1), 14.0.0 (2022.2.0a5)
