Unity Version Control project settings does not align with window title

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a Unity project
2. Go to "Edit -> Project Settings"
3. Select "Version Control"
4. Observe how window data is displayed
5. Select "Unity Version Control Settings"
6. Observe how window data is displayed

Actual results: Data is not aligned with the section title

Expected results: Data should be aligned with the section title, as it is in the other windows

Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0b7, 6000.2.8f1, 6000.0.60f1

Not reproducible with versions:
