The "Dungeon" UI of the "Dungeon Rule Tile" sample shows as "Script" type instead of "Rule Tile" type in the Inspector

How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached project “Tilemap_23_1_Control.zip“
2. In Assets select “Samples/2D Tilemap Extras/3.0.2/Dungeon Rule Tile/Tiles/Dungeon”
3. Observe the Inspector

Expected result: “Tiles” element shows as a “Rule Tile” type and the Inspector window is not blank
Actual result: “Tiles” element shows as a “Script” type and the Inspector window is blank

Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a1, 2022.2.0f1, 2023.1.0a21
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.15f1, 2022.1.23f1
Couldn’t test with: 2020.3.41f1 (no 2D Tilemap Extras package)
