Can't open a subgraph from a node

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a subgraph node and add a subgraph to it.

 

Actual results: 

There is no way to open the linked subgraph and edit/view it directly, meaning the user needs to search for it to open it.

Expected results: 

Some easy UI/UX way to open the subgraph.
