Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/Scenes/BugReport.unity” Scene
3. Open Profiler (Window > Analysis > Profiler)
4. Enter the Play Mode
5. Wait for the Play Mode to pause
6. In Profiler’s Hierarchy search for “CullScriptable“ or “Culling”
7. Observe Time ms
Expected result: No large frame spike is caused
Actual result: Time ms is ~80
Reproducible with: 2022.3.58f1, 6000.0.39f1, 6000.1.0b7, 6000.2.0a4
