"Panel Text Settings" Asset has a smaller icon than other Assets

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. In the Project window, right-click -> Create -> UI Toolkit -> Panel Text Settings
3. Observe the Asset icon size

Expected results: The size matches other icons
Actual results: The icon is much smaller

Reproducible with: 6000.3.11f1, 6000.4.1f1, 6000.5.0b1, 6000.6.0a1
Can't test with: 6000.0.71f1 (different icon)

Reproducible on: macOS Tahoe 26 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
