Change Editor Version dialog box doesn't immediately open when it is closed and opened again

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Unity Hub
2. Change the version of any project
3. Double-click the "Open with xxx" button (to open and close the "Change version" dialog box)
4. Click the "Open with xxx" button again
5. Observe the Hub

Actual results: Change Editor Version dialog box appears after a few second delay

Expected results: Change Editor Version dialog box appears again immediately

 

Reproducible with versions: 3.18.0

Tested on (OS): Windows 11 Pro (25H2){}{}

Notes: 

• If done fast enough, the can be done by pressing the "Cancel" button on the "Change Editor Version"
