Probe Volume Baking Set Reference Documentation is missing

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any URP Project
2. Enable "Adaptive Probe Volumes" in your RP Asset
3. Navigate to Window > Rendering > Lighting and generate Lighting
4. Select the generated "SceneName Baking Set.asset"
5. In the Inspector click on the ? button that's at the top right corner

Actual results: This page seems to be missing is opened

Expected results: A documentation reference page is opened

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.57f1, 6000.1.16f1, 6000.2.3f1, 6000.3.0b1

Not reproducible with versions: 2022.3.66f1 (No APVs)
